Sikkim Dzongri Trek

Yet another amazing trek, this enchanting trek takes a few days approximately 11-day tour of Sikkim. The journey further occupies you with the ethnicity of the local culture making the Dzongri Trek, which is one of the easy to moderate treks in the Sikkim Himalayan region, a frame of scenic beauty, wilderness and culture. The altitude of  Dzongri Trek is 4020 mts / 13185 ft. This is one of the major most visited Sikkim tourist places among trekkers.

Don't Miss Out On The Cable Car Ride

The cable car ride is one of the major attractions in Sikkim. You can relish this car ride with family and friends. This ropeway of about 1 km long has three entry points or stops. The lowest point is at Deorali market and the highest point is at Tashiling ( below the state secretariat ). The ticket fee for adult is Rs 50 and Rs 30 for kids below 6 years.

Places To Visit In Sikkim 

Tsomgo Lake

Tsomgo Lake, also known as Changu Lake is a glacial lake in Sikkim and located at an altitude of 12,310 feet. The name Tsomgo means 'Source of water'. Tsomgo lake which is located just 38 km away from the capital city of Sikkim, Gangtok, is among the most popular tourist places in Sikkim. The lake seems different in different time of season like from Jan - March; the lake and the surrounding hills are in a frozen state, from April - May; one can visit the Rhododendrons and Orchids, whereas from Oct-Dec offers the pleasant atmosphere with best views of the hills. Tsomgo Lake has the most mesmerizing view ever!

Yuksom

If there is any place on earth where one can see "heaven," then it has to be Yuksom. Formally referred to as the 'Gateway to Kangchendzongha', Yuksom is all about majestic snow peaked mountains, monasteries, etc. Apart from the religious importance, the town also has numerous lakes and monasteries to visit. With lush green surroundings, an tons of monasteries, spellbinding waterfalls and snow-capped mountains, it does not disappoint a non-trekker as well. Ravangla

Yumthang Valley

Yumthang Valley is closed to tourists between December and March due to the heavy snowfall in the region.
