Some Note-Worthy Points
- Entry is free for kids below the age of 4. Children of ages 4 and above need to purchase a valid ticket to gain entry
- The tickets for Pet Fed cannot be exchanged, refunded or cancelled
- You need to carry either a print out of your tickets or keep your booking ID handy, to successfully register at the redemption booth
- The tickets for Pet Fed do not allow for re-entry
- You will be thoroughly frisked at the time of entry. Carrying any dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments etc is strictly prohibited.

Q. Can I buy my tickets from someone I know?
A. Any ticket bought from an outside vendor/seller except for the official vendors may not be recognised and you might be denied entry.
Q. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
A. No, the Pet Fed tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable in nature.
Q. Can I bring my children to Pet Fed?
A. Yes, you can bring your children to Pet Fed, both furry and human. Human children below the age of 4 don't require a ticket to gain entry.
Q. Can I carry cigarettes/ alcohol/ substances?
A. No, you cannot. There will be strict frisking at the venue and in case any banned/illegal/prohibited substances are found on you, you may be denied entry.
Q. Can I come to Pet Fed if I don't have a pet?
A. Absolutely! If you don't have a furry companion, you can come by yourself and make innumerable new friends!
