Lucknow Zoological Garden
If you have gained all the historical knowledge by visiting the monuments of Lucknow and shopping at chowk then now head to the Nawab Wajid Ali Shah Prani Udyan, Lucknow which is also known as Lucknow Zoo was established in the year 1921 to commemorate the visit of His Royal Highness, the Prince of Wales to Lucknow. It has sheltered around 1000 animals of more than 100 species. The zoo also houses black bucks, swamp deer, barking deer, Asiatic elephants, giraffes, common otters, hill mynahs, giant squirrels, and others.
