1. Marathon , Yoga and Fitness Training

Running 3-4 times a week will build the stamina, strength and endurance you'll need to complete the 13.1 or 26.2 mile race. ... These days should include core, balance work, strength training, breath control and mental focus. They are organizing marathon training and yoga sessions to improve stamina, strenght and endurance. Chander Jangid : Our lead trainer will train upon different aspects of fitness and boosts up upon several tips needed to complete 10KM, 21 KM and 42 KM marathons.

2. PROMO RUN Delhi Grand Half Marathon

We proudly announce to PROMO RUN Delhi Grand Half Marathon-2019 organized by Run For Success. The marathons include 3 Km - (Without Timing Chip Run), 5km (Without Timing Chip Run), 10km (Without Timing Chip Run) - The last date to register is 3rd January 2019 - so HURRY UP!. All the participants will get water, Energy Drink & first aid on per 1 km & Start & finishing point. Finisher Medal, Energy Drink & Refreshment and Certificate after completing the run. All the registered participated will get Mail about Bib no & T-shirt collection Details On their E-mail Id Before 1 Week From The Event Date.

3. Born2Run 21K & 10K Challenge

To all men and women out there, who love to be fit for the life, come join us as we celebrate the spirit to have been born2run . On this New Years we are coming up with our first endeavour of a 21KM & 10 KM prized race for you all at JLN Stadium, Lodhi Road in New Delhi. The event is powered by Born2Run Team Under the dynamic leadership of Dr. Sunita Godara (1992 Asian Champion Gold Medalist) who would be managing the entire event. If running marathons is your thing then you've got to attend this fitness event in Delhi.

4. Air Heroes Half Marathon 2019

GROW ON FOUNDATION Presents:- AIR HEROES HALF MARATHON 2019 A run to encourage Indian soldier, Organised by Grow on Foundation on 13th January 2019. 15th January is celebrated as Indian ARMY DAY. On this eve Grow on Foundation is Organising #AIR_HEROES_HALF_MARATHON_2019 to #encourage Indian #Soldiers. The work done by Indian soldiers is incredible as they proudly give their lives away to guard the country. They play the most significant task in defending and protecting the borders of India. They also control the unruly uncivilians. The role which Indian soldiers have played during #INDO_PAK is exemplary. It's our moral duty to respect those who lay down their lives #FORCES. Organised by Grow on Foundation its aim is to create awareness in running among the youth and especially for those who come from an Economically underprivileged section of the society, helping them in their education and work for their upliftment. The marathons include 21 Km Run, 21 Kum Senior Citizen Run, 10.5 km Run, 10.5 km Senior Citizen Run, 5 Km Timed Run and 3 km Run.

5. Workshop on Mindfulness
