It was started by the Late Col K N Kochhar who has a great passion for food. He was well known in the army for his culinary skills. The recipes are all orginal by the Late Colonel which eventually led him into the food buisness in 1990. He opened his first restaurant in Defence colony which is still running on large scale doing take-aways, dine-ins and catering as well.
